Santa Barbara Restaurant Week Gets Vegan-Friendly

This year marks the third annual Santa Barbara Restaurant Week (SBRW). We can all raise our wine glass and cheers to the fact that SBRW has a number of veg-friendly offerings this year. In fact, the Santa Barbara Restaurant Week organization educated restaurateurs about the growing demand for plant-based food, and recommend that participating establishments have a vegan track option on their prix-fixe menus.

The two-week event provides an excellent opportunity for locals and visitors to celebrate Santa Barbara’s flourishing culinary scene ... and support restaurants that whipped up dedicated plant-based offerings! SBRW runs February 21st- March 6th, 2020, and is your chance to experience the best of Santa Barbara’s food scene at a fraction of the cost.

Each participating restaurant will offer a prix-fixe menu that includes a $25, $35, and $45 3-course dinner option. From The Four Seasons' Bella Vista to Lucky's, and a number of others, you will find some great upscale restaurants offering a diverse menu. There are also wineries offering some incredible value wine flights, like the vegan-friendly Margerum winery (pictured right) in the Funk Zone, serving their award-winning Rhone varietals.
