Last year we had a phenomenal run of pop-up dinners! (Check out our Instagram Highlights for a recap.) This year we are back with a brand new Summer Series popping up at new locations, with beautiful backdrops, innovative dishes, regional wines...plus new unexpected beverage pairings.
This season it's the summer of 'local,' as we focus on everything from wine that hails from the nearby Valle De Guadalupe (Mexico), to spirits made in downtown Los Angeles. And of course, all paired with plant-based food from some of the best chefs around.
PlantBasedPopUp is a fine-dining dinner party pairing experience you won't find anywhere else!
While we have been busy planning, we also just wrapped a photoshoot for a feature story in San Diego Home & Garden Magazine (Fall issue). A sneak peak of a few photos are below. The good news is we will be recreating the dinner, including the amazing dishes from Chef Robert Gaffney, and opening it up for PlantBasedPopUp subscribers. Stay on the look out for that dinner invite in late summer.
