Save the date: PlantBasedPopUp at CUCINA enoteca in Del Mar
The final dinner in PlantBasedPopUp’s Summer Series has been announced and is scheduled for September 9, 2018. Save the date, because we are heading to CUCINA enoteca in Del Mar. Complete with an expertly prepared meal, a variety of unique wines – including the orange wine we have been promising – and a special tasting from artisanal cheese-alternative company, Reine (pronounced “Wren”, which is French for Queen). One of Reine’s food scientists and company founders will kick-off the event with a cheese and wine tasting. Guests will sample an assortment of cheeses including flavors like Fauxgonzola, Cracked Pepper Dill and Trufflehound (to name a few). The second half of the event will feature several plant-based tasting courses created by the CUCINA chefs.
CUCINA’s contemporary Italian cuisine is prepared with a focus on California seasonality and the bounty of local farms. Combined flavors of Italy with the organic freshness of Southern California is emblematic of CUCINA’s from-scratch cuisine.
If you have not signed up already, make sure you are on the PlantBasedPopUp dinner subscriber list HERE.
Only subscribers in the area will receive the invite that goes out via text (and email) a few weeks ahead of the dinner. Event seating is limited and these dinners do reach capacity quickly, so RSVP once registration opens.
Any questions in the meantime, feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org. And, keep an eye out for the invite coming soon!
