The next dinner in the PlantBasedPopUp dinner and wine ‘Summer Series’ has been announced. Prepare your pallet for a multi-course plant-based meal at the highly acclaimed Herb & Wood restaurant in Little Italy (San Diego) on Saturday, July 14, 2018.
Recently named “Best Restaurant” by San Diego Magazine, Herb & Wood is the brainchild of celebrity chef Brian Malarkey, a chef and restaurateur who has received much acclaim for mastering the art and science of extraordinary dining. An exquisite ambiance, the creative and highly-regarded chefs, and the superb service all make Herb & Wood the perfect place for a PlantBasedPopUp dinner and wine event. And, Level III Sommelier Brandon Lervold, a recent addition to the Herb & Wood team, has selected a variety of the top biodynamic wines to pair alongside each course at the dinner. (Don’t worry, you will know all about biodynamic wines, and will have tried a healthy amount by the end of the event.)
