Pop-up plant-based dinner party at Jayne’s Gastropub recap

PlantBasedPopUp is reinventing the traditional meat-centric “food and wine dinner” experience.  Its dinner party events are centered around an animal-free multi-course meal that top chefs are challenged to create.

 

Events are not broadcasted across the web since only PlantBasedPopUp subscribers (and their guests) are invited to attend via a text message with a private link to RSVP that goes out a few weeks before the upcoming dinner.  

 

Jayne’s Gastropub in the Normal Heights district in San Diego hosted the soft-launch, where a four-course meal was served, accompanied with wine pairings, and a little taste of wine education in between each course.

 

The next dinner in the PlantBasedPopUp dinner and wine ‘Summer Series’ is popping up soon.  If you are not already, you can get on the dinner party invite list here.
