PlantBasedPopUp is en route to Herb & Wood in Little Italy...

Be immersed in an intimate 4-course plant-based dinner + wine pairing experience. Enjoy the perfect balance of food + wine + conversation. Herb & Wood's Level III Sommelier Brandon Lervold has hand selected top "biodynamic" wines to pair with the meal that he will briefly talk about between each course. Seating is limited (up to 16 guests), at a communal table. You may RSVP yourself and your additional guests.

Recently named “Best Restaurant” by San Diego Magazine, Herb & Wood is the brainchild of celebrity chef Brian Malarkey, a chef and restaurateur who has received much acclaim for mastering the art and science of extraordinary dining. The Herb & Wood team has put their greatest culinary minds together to provide PlantBasedPopUp guests with an exclusive plant-based fine dining experience.

FIRST

*Leopard Lettuce Salad with Pickled Vegetables / Hemp Seeds / Green Goddess Dressing

Wine pairing: '16 J. Mourat "Rouquin de Jardin" Pinot Noir, Loire Valley, France

SECOND

*Summer Borsch / Fermented Beets / Potato / Sauerkraut (plated)

AND

*Avocado Toast, Tomato, Candied Jalapeno, Cilantro (down the table / shared)

Wine pairing: '17 Schloss Gobelsburg "Cistercien" Rose of Zweigelt/Pinot Noir, Niederosterreich, Austria

THIRD (Choice of)

*Vegetable Gnocchi / Broccoli Pesto / Garlic Confit /Calabrian Chili / Almonds
